TAASA was formed in 1991 and is a national body promoting the knowledge, appreciation and enjoyment of Asian architecture, painting, sculpture, textiles and ceramics, music, dance and film. Stefan Dunlop has arrived in Leipzig to undertake a Leipzig International Artist residency. LIA is a non-profit residency programme that fosters international artists by providing them with spacious studios and cultural support, as well as opportunities to exhibit. The programme links artists with the regional and international art community associated with the Spinnerei (www.Spinnerei.de).
Vipoo Srivilasa has been invited to exhibit in the XXIIIrd Internationale Biennale of Vallauris in France from July to November 2014. Since 1966 the Town of Vallauris Golfe-Juan has organised a Biennale with the aim of promoting and rewarding artistic creation in the field of ceramics. Vipoo will present works from the series “How to Make a Million before Dinner”.
